Holigov GovDash: what is running in media and social media, what deviates and what matters
Holigov GovDash gives authorities, situation centres and leadership an overview of the media situation: media and social data from existing monitoring systems, pre-sorted by topic, narrative and anomaly, turned into weekly briefs, special reports and SitReps with evidence. Operated in Germany or by you.

The situation this morning
Tue · 07:30Schematic GovDash view: 1,284 articles, 3,910 posts, 3 anomalies and today’s topics with their change; the weekly report is built from the same data.
Press review, social export and spreadsheets become one view.

Who it is for
Press office and communications
The press digest arrives every morning, but leadership asks: what of this is a situation, and what is noise?
GovDash sorts reports by topic, narrative and pace and highlights what deviates from the usual picture. The judgement stays with you; the software does the groundwork.
Situation centre, crisis staff, civil protection
In a special situation, hours count. Data sits in three tools, and the SitRep is assembled by hand in a template.
Data from existing systems flows into one store. The SitRep comes from the same view, with a source for every statement.
Leadership and policy units
You need two pages that hold up before a committee or the minister’s office, not a click path through a dashboard.
Monthly brief and special analysis as a report you can pass on, with explained thresholds and openly stated uncertainty.
What GovDash delivers
Weekly and monthly brief
What pulled, what deviates, what stays on watch: two pages with evidence, for leadership and committees.
Special situation report and SitRep
For communication spikes or crises: assessment at the agreed cadence, from a short brief to a crisis sprint.
Topic and narrative map
Which stories take hold, who carries them and how fast they spread.

Frequently asked questions about GovDash
Is GovDash a media monitoring service?
No. GovDash does not collect press clippings; it analyses data you already have or that Holigov sources for you: exports from monitoring services, social media data, your own lists. The value lies in the assessment, not the volume.
When do I need GovIntel instead of GovDash?
GovDash shows the overview: what is running in the media situation and what deviates. When that raises a specific question, such as who is driving a narrative or how a campaign spreads, GovIntel investigates it in a targeted way, with an evidence chain. Both work on the same data.
Which data can GovDash take in?
CSV and Excel files, exports from common monitoring services and agreed interfaces. Anything that does not fit we prepare once at the start.
How soon is the first brief ready?
In the Holigov Cloud, within a few days. A good entry point is the 72h work sample: one question, one finding, one consequence on your topic.
What does GovDash cost?
Monthly packages range from €3,500 to €7,500 per month, special situations from €2,500 to €8,500 each, net. Operation in your infrastructure is quoted by effort.
