Narrative and actor analysis for targeted insight

Holigov GovIntel: dig deeper where the overview raises a question

Holigov GovIntel pursues a specific question: which narrative is spreading, who carries it, through which channels and what it means for you, your sites or suppliers. Every statement with evidence, gaps named; early warning on request.

Status October 2026: on mandate, a Holigov analyst reviews every statement. Self-operated use in development.

Narrative and timeline

14 days

Schematic GovIntel view with a fictional case: a three-day timeline from a forum post to a regional portal, 31 checked pieces of evidence, 3 gaps and an assessment awaiting review.

Every statement with evidence, gaps named, a person reviews.

What GovIntel delivers

Schematic views with fictional data.

Who it is for

Press office and communications

A topic tips over, and nobody can say where it comes from or who keeps pushing it.

GovIntel traces the narrative back: first sources, amplifiers, channels and pace, with evidence you can pass on internally.

Corporate security

Something is building against a plant, the brand or the board. Is it discontent, a campaign or a coordinated attack?

Actor and spread analysis with named uncertainty: what is proven, what remains assumption and what is missing.

Risk and management under NIS2 or DORA

Supplier risk is assessed once a year by questionnaire. What happens publicly in between appears in no board paper.

Dossiers on suppliers and sites with an evidence chain, continuously with alerts on deviation if you wish.

What GovIntel delivers

  1. Narrative and actor analysis

Which story takes hold, where it comes from, who amplifies it and how fast it spreads.

  2. Evidence chain with gaps

Every statement with its source. What is not proven appears as an open gap in the report.

  3. Dossier on a site, supplier or topic

Condensed for leadership and crisis staff, not a tool export.

  4. Early warning on your topics

Continuous watch with agreed thresholds and a weekly risk strip.

What it looks like

Schematic view with a fictional case: timeline, actors, gaps and an assessment awaiting human review. No real people, places or sources.

Frequently asked questions about GovIntel

How is GovIntel different from GovDash?

GovDash gives the overview of the media situation. GovIntel pursues a specific question: who drives a narrative, how it spreads and what of it is proven. Both work on the same data.

Which questions are a good fit?

For example: where does a campaign against our plant come from? Who is spreading a narrative about our authority? Which suppliers are under public pressure? The narrower the question, the sounder the finding.

How reliable are the findings?

Every statement names its source; uncertainty and gaps are stated explicitly in the report. We only attribute actors when evidence supports it.

What does GovIntel cost?

Single analyses range from €2,500 to €8,500, monthly packages from €3,500 to €7,500 per month, net. The 14-day cut has a fixed price in the quote.

Do you have a specific question? We will tell you what can be proven and in what time.
